Battlestar Galactica (2004) is a science fiction television show which aired on the Sci Fi network. The series first aired as a three-hour miniseries in December 2003 and then ran for four seasons until March 2009. Battlestar Galactica chronicles the journey of the last surviving humans after their near-total annihilation by the Cylons.
